The “Unconference” Approach to Learning
Last week I went to a leadership conference at MIT for a non-profit organization I belong to. One of the topics of discussion was how to run events that are in the style of the “unconference” format. What if we designed some of our training events this way.
what would be the pros and cons to doing this?
